Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager – Western Europe (WEU) to join the Rixos & All Inclusive Collection GCC Regional Sales team.

The Sales Manager – WEU will be responsible for developing and growing business from key Western European markets, strengthening relationships with existing partners, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the overall commercial strategy of Rixos & All Inclusive Collection properties across the GCC region.

The role requires a strong understanding of the Western European travel and hospitality market, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to driving revenue and increasing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales activities for the assigned Western European markets, in line with the regional commercial strategy.
• Manage and grow relationships with key tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs, corporate accounts, luxury travel partners and other relevant business partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue across Rixos & AIC properties within the GCC region.
• Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, presentations and account reviews with existing and potential partners.
• Represent Rixos & All Inclusive Collection at trade shows, roadshows, sales missions, networking events and other relevant industry events.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity and changing customer behaviour within the Western European markets.
• Work closely with the Regional Sales team and individual hotel Commercial teams to support property-specific and regional sales objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of tactical sales campaigns and market-specific initiatives.
• Maintain accurate account information, sales activities and business opportunities within the relevant systems and ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare regular sales updates, market intelligence and performance reports.
• Conduct familiarisation trips, site inspections and presentations for key partners when required.
• Ensure consistent representation of the Rixos and All Inclusive Collection brand standards, values and positioning in all external communications.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute towards the overall revenue objectives of the GCC region.

• Previous experience in a Sales Manager or similar commercial role within the hospitality, luxury travel or tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge and established business relationships within the Western European market.
• Fluency in German is required, both written and spoken.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages would be an advantage.
• Previous experience working with luxury hotels, resorts or international hospitality brands is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of market segmentation, account management and revenue generation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and property-based teams.
• Proactive, energetic and results-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working within a multicultural and fast-paced regional environment.
• Flexibility to travel internationally as required for sales missions, trade events and partner meetings.
