Sales Manager Traditional Trade TT

We are seeking a highly accomplished, strategic, and results-driven Sales Manager – Traditional Trade (TT) to lead and expand our TT business across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in FMCG sales, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to drive sustainable business growth in the Traditional Trade channel.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of proven UAE FMCG Traditional Trade (TT) sales experience, with at least 7 years in a managerial role.
• Extensive knowledge of the UAE Traditional Trade market, including groceries, baqalas, wholesalers, distributors, and independent retail outlets.
• Strong network with key wholesalers, distributors, and major TT customers across the UAE.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales, volume, and profitability targets.
• Strong expertise in route-to-market strategy, sales planning, distribution expansion, and market penetration.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, coach, and inspire high-performing sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing, trade promotions, negotiations, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Ability to identify market opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and implement effective growth strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting, KPI management, and business performance analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
