Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team, specializing in Software as a Service (SAAS) solutions. This position plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of our company by overseeing all aspects of the sales operations. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building high-performing sales teams, and cultivating new client relationships. A successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of SAAS products, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker and an effective communicator who can inspire and lead a team of motivated sales professionals to achieve outstanding results in a competitive industry.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals effectively.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance the company’s go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee the development of sales presentations and proposals for existing and prospective clients.
  • Ensure team achieves or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a company representative.
  • Monitor competition, market conditions, and customer base to improve sales strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to maximize the sales department’s effectiveness.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting to ensure consistent quarterly performance.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales management, ideally in SAAS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong understanding of SAAS industry trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales-related technology tools.
