The Sales Manager – SAAS 15D25 will spearhead our sales efforts within the software as a service (SAAS) sector. This is a pivotal leadership role that requires a seasoned sales professional who possesses sharp business acumen and a strategic mindset to drive the growth of our SAAS offerings. The ideal candidate will have a track record of exceeding sales targets, developing robust customer relationships, and navigating the complexities of selling software solutions. As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of driven sales professionals, crafting and executing sales strategies tailored to meet market demands, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. This position demands an innovation-driven individual who is motivated to work in a fast-paced environment and is adept at understanding and anticipating client needs to provide effective solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing SAAS sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with corporate goals and market opportunities.
  • Identify emerging market trends and customer needs to inform product innovations and sales strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster loyalty.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product development departments to enhance service offerings.
  • Conduct regular sales team meetings to communicate goals, progress, and expectations.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with a focus on long-term relationship building.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, performance, and market conditions for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay current with market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and industry regulations in all sales activities and transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, specifically in SAAS industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and goals consistently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of SAAS market dynamics and technology trends is necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate a successful sales team.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales analysis and market research.
  • Capability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM software and related sales management tools is preferred.
