Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Power 17F26, you will be at the forefront of our dynamic sales team, driving strategy, and execution to grow our market presence. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff.

  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports for senior management review.
  • Participate in key client meetings and negotiations to secure profitable deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales leadership roles preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets is essential.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to drive business growth.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analysis tools is highly desirable.
