Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager for our Power 17D25 division. This role requires a dynamic individual to lead our sales team, enhance customer relationships, and expand our market presence. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and collaborating with other departments to achieve the company’s strategic goals. You will be the key liaison between our clients and the organization, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards and fulfill customer needs. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial targets and business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and improve performance.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for development.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with product development to align offerings with customer needs and feedback.
  • Oversee client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain and grow revenue.
  • Ensure the sales team complies with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Manage budget allocations for the sales department efficiently and effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least five years in sales management roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of the power industry and its market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing diverse sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tools essential.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
