This role is part of our ET/UT product line.

As Sales Manager – ME, you will be responsible for developing sales and business opportunities across a defined Middle East and Africa territory. Your focus will be on direct customer engagement, opportunity development, and order generation for Eddyfi’s non-destructive testing (NDT) solutions, with a primary emphasis on Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Eddy Current / Electromagnetic Testing (ET) technologies.

This role is a hands-on commercial position, centered on customer relationships, technical solution selling, and regional market coverage on the following countries: Maghreb, Libya, Iraq, Caspian region, Pakistan & Turkey.

As Sales Manager you must be able to

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and manage sales activities across the assigned MEA territory
  • Work together with our local partners to maximize the impact of activities.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with end users, partners, and distributors
  • Manage existing customer accounts to support repeat business and long-term relationships
  • Promote and sell our NDT solutions, UT, and ET
  • Conduct technical and commercial discussions with customers, supported by local application teams and factory experts as needed
  • Lead business development activities, customer visits, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
  • Travel regularly within assigned territory to meet customers, partners, and distributors
  • Gather and report market and customer feedback to internal teams

Sales Execution & Reporting

  • Achieve assigned sales objectives and revenue targets
  • Proactive use CRM system (Salesforce or equivalent) to manage your activities
  • Provide regular accurate sales forecasts, opportunity updates, and activity reports
  • Coordinate internally to ensure proper quotation, order processing, and customer’s commercial and administrative follow-up

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with application specialists, sales support, and operations teams, finance and service to deliver optimal technical and commercial solutions
  • Participate actively in internal sales meetings and training sessions
  • Ensure alignment with company pricing, sales processes, and compliance requirements

What Makes You An Asset To Our Team

  • Proven experience in B2B NDT sales, with a strong focus on Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and solid exposure to Eddy Current / Electromagnetic Testing (ET)
  • Solid understanding of industrial inspection markets and customer environments
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Arabic is highly desirable; French is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to operate independently in diverse cultural environments
  • No travel restriction within territory under supervision
  • Comfortable with frequent regional travel, including challenging or remote markets
  • Organized, self-motivated, and reliable
  • Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
