The Sales Manager (IT) position is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a prowess in technology and IT solutions. Responsibilities

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track the progress of the sales team.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations in all client interactions.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly sales performance reports to upper management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in IT sales management roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate a sales team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools is required.
  • In-depth understanding of IT industry trends and competitive dynamics.
