You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and create a pipeline for mid to enterprise accounts in Key
markets such as UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Turkey for all Xoxoday Solutions. This will be an IC and
enterprising opportunity, in a start-up environment, so we are looking for a motivated self-starter.
What You Will Do
- Identify & Qualify Key mid-to-enterprise accounts, Govt and create a value proposition through consultative
sales approach.
- Mapping of customer decision makers, buying intent, process, budgets (MEDDPICC), and forecasts
accurately
- Pitch the company and its products through rigorous prospecting.
- Strike and initiate conversations with high-profile people in prospective companies.
- Excellent presentation and sound understanding on Technology Trends
- Maintain discipline in CRM update, customer engagement, and company policies.
- Liaising with Marketing, Demand Generation, Product, and other internal teams
- Forecasting & building a strong pipeline with greater level of accuracy
- Ability to grasp new technologies & perform product demos.
- Actively take part in Global Events, be connected in social groups of Marketers, HR’s, and C level decision
makers
- Thorough understanding of RFP processes and ability to work independently on those and open for travel to
all the above-mentioned countries.
- Ability to Independently source leads
Requirements
- An enthusiastic individual from Technology Sales preferably SaaS Sales and has experience selling to
Marketing, HR, Loyalty heads across all verticals with at least 2 to 3 years of B2B Sales.
- 2-3 Years’ experience selling in GCC is preferred.
- Graduate in any stream or an equivalent educational qualification.
- Have a basic knowledge of technology and a detailed understanding of GCC sales and market.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Well versed in using tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, etc.
- Be self-motivated, data-driven, and result-oriented.
- Comfortable with leg work, cold calling, outbound reach outs, hands on with tools that are needed to
accomplish outbound reachout goals.
