Job Description

The Sales Manager for our Furniture division will be responsible for managing and driving the sales team towards achieving the company's sales targets while developing efficient sales strategies. This role necessitates a strong understanding of the furniture industry, market trends, and potential customer bases. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, enabling them to motivate and guide the sales team to reach new heights. They will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The Sales Manager must be adept at analyzing sales metrics, forecasting, and reporting, as well as staying abreast of competitor activities and market conditions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the furniture division.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to exceed sales targets.

  • Identify and address client needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills.
  • Stay informed on competitive products, pricing, and market conditions.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process of new sales team members.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience within the furniture industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to travel as needed to visit clients and sales offices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with good computer literacy.
