What would your day at GAC look like?
Developing new business opportunities to contribute to increasing air consolidation volumes across key trade lanes, supporting the achievement of sales and revenue targets.
Managing the Sales and Customer Service Teams.
Monitoring/upgrading credit limits for existing and new clients.
Meeting sales targets in terms of revenue and volume.
Developing and implementing sales strategy to grow revenue.
Identifying and targeting prospective new customers.
Resolving customer-related issues through collaboration with local management team.
Maintaining the ‘GAC Sales’ electronic information database for prospective and current customers within territory.
Promoting self-development and enhancing market/competitor knowledge.
Conducting periodic performance reviews of field Sales Executives, Senior Sales Executives & Key Account Managers to enhance results and optimise individual skill levels.
What are we looking for?
Post graduate or MBA holder
Diploma in International Transport and Supply Chain Management
5-10+ years’ experience in a similar role, 3-5 years of which working in the UAE
High level of industry knowledge
Excellent English communication skills, with high level business writing and presentation
Skills
Ability to integrate with various nationalities and assist in achieving group dynamics
Proficient with MS Office applications

Based at our GAC Dubai Office in Jebel Ali Free Zone, you will contribute to the technology infrastructure that enables freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, customs clearance, transportation and supply chain operations serving a diverse range of industries across the UAE and the wider region.
