We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, making data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to optimize sales efforts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors and retailers.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure the effective use of CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows as a brand ambassador.
  • Manage budgets and optimally allocate resources for maximum sales efficiency.
  • Identify training and development needs within the sales team to improve performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales management role within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and managing sales performance metrics.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to interpret sales data.
