Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for fleet and consumer segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyse sales performance to achieve targets and identify growth opportunities.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure optimal performance.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on strategies and campaigns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations within the sales process.
Identify market trends and competitors to refine the sales approach.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager - Fleet and Consumer should have:

A proven track record in sales management within the automotive l industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
