Role Summary

Responsible for delivering high-profile events across the group's venues, coordinating closely with key stakeholders, cultivating strong relationships with multinational clients, and actively promoting the group's offerings and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive event and group booking revenue across venues. Generate and convert leads for private events, brand activations, and group bookings through proactive outreach.
• Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and manage proposals and contracts, maintaining accurate sales tracking and forecasting throughout the sales cycle.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, event agencies, and multinational partners. Act as the primary contact during the sales process, including site visits and post-event follow-ups to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Event Coordination Support: Act as a liaison between clients and the General Manager by sharing requirements, event briefs, and logistics. Attend select events to ensure client satisfaction and provide on-ground support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Brand Promotion: Work closely with Marketing, Culinary, and Operations teams to align event offerings with brand positioning. Support content creation and actively promote venues via partnerships, influencer engagement, and community initiatives, staying informed on market trends and competitor activity.
  
  

• Proven experience working preferably in Dubai within the hospitality sector.
• Specific expertise in managing large-scale events featuring active entertainment components.
• Demonstrated ability to attract high-end clients through an existing database and strong network of contacts.
• Strong negotiation skills, with experience managing proposals and contracts end to end.
• Engaging and personable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly understand and consistently exceed client expectations.
