About The Role

Parker Premier Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
    • Identify new business opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
    • Prepare sales performance reports
Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE
    • Proven track record of achieving targets
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Knowledge of the UAE real estate market
    • UAE driving license (preferred)
