Your Responsibilities
Distributor Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing distributors, drive growth and ensure brand alignment
Order Management & Execution: Manage full order cycle, ensure accuracy and timeliness, prepare sales reports for regional and global reviews
Sales Performance & Retail Excellence: Drive sell-out via partner reviews and merchandise optimization, support new store and shop-in-shop openings
Quarterly Business Reviews: Evaluate partner performance, identify gaps and uncover growth opportunities
Brand & Retail Standards: Ensure retail guideline compliance, deliver consistent brand presence and top consumer experience
Business Planning & Forecasting: Build and update 3–5 year plans and quarterly forecasts, align with sales and financial goals
Strategic Market Development: Identify market potential, white-space opportunities and new distribution models
Partner Training & Enablement: Organize sales meetings, go-to-market sessions and training, equip teams to meet brand standards
Market Visits & Competitor Analysis: Conduct site visits, assess execution and competition, provide actionable insights
Your Experience And Competencies
Minimum of 6–8 years’ sales experience, including at least 3 years in distributor or regional management within the MEA region
Strong track record of driving growth across distributor markets, leveraging strategic networking and market development skills
Proven experience in people management, coaching and developing teams to achieve business objectives
Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships
Analytical, strategic, and results-driven, with a deep understanding of retail structures and market dynamics in MEA
High sense of ownership and accountability in driving business performance
Proficient in MS Office, fluent in English; Arabic and/or French are a plus
High willingness to travel across the MEA region
