Sales Manager - Desalination

What are you going to do

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Desalination/ Water Treatment market.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while growing strategic accounts.
• Build strong relationships with end users, EPC contractors, suppliers and other key industry partners.
• Qualify new vendors with End Users/EPCs in the Desalination/Water Treatment industry and sign regional representation agreement with same/new vendors.
• Lead commercial negotiations, tenders and contract discussions, with ownership of sales, margin and profitability.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline, including accurate sales and order forecasts.
• Monitor market developments, major projects and competitors to identify opportunities early.
• Represent the company at key customer meetings, industry events and trade exhibitions.

Who you are

You are an entrepreneurial, pro-active commercially driven sales professional who actively develops new business, builds strong relationships and takes ownership of results. You are confident with senior decision-makers, understand technical customer needs and thrive in an international environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a commercial, business or technical field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Desalination/Water Treatment industry, with a strong B2B sales/business development track record.
• Existing relationships with major Desalination / Water Treatment end-users and EPC’s in Middle East / globally.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills with proven commercial track-record
• Affinity with technical products and solutions.
• Based in UAE.
