As part of our GCC expansion strategy, we are building a focused Architectural Division to work closely with consultants, architects, and developers on specification-led projects.

Role Overview

We are seeking a technically confident and relationship-driven Sales Manager with experience in specification-based project sales within the UAE.

This role is suited for professionals currently working with established European lighting brands or high-end project manufacturers who are looking to take ownership of a growing regional portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Specification Development

• Engage architects, lighting designers, and MEP consultants at early design stages
• Present technical solutions, optics, and facade lighting strategies
• Work toward product specification and approved vendor positioning

Project Pipeline Management

• Identify and track hospitality, luxury residential, and mixed-use developments
• Maintain structured CRM documentation and opportunity mapping
• Build a qualified pipeline aligned with company growth targets

Technical & Commercial Coordination

• Coordinate mockups, samples, lux calculations, and compliance documentation
• Support contractors during tender and execution stages
• Negotiate within defined margin structures

Market Development

• Strengthen Luzion’s presence within the UAE consultant ecosystem
• Develop long-term relationships with key design and engineering firms
• Represent the brand in a professional and design-oriented manner

Candidate Profile

• 4–8 years of experience in architectural lighting or project-based MEP sales
• Proven exposure to specification-driven sales in the UAE
• Existing relationships with consultants, architects, or facade contractors
• Strong understanding of facade optics, IP ratings, glare control, and lighting control systems
• Structured, disciplined, and commercially aware

Compensation Structure

Fixed Salary + Commission

AED 5,000 – 9,000 per month

(Aligned with experience, network strength, and technical capability)
