Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for credit cards.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
  • Manage and oversee sales team, providing coaching and guidance to drive performance.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas of growth and potential for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotions to drive card sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance through KPIs and metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to proactively address challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management to track progress and achievements.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of credit card products and the financial services industry.
