Job Description

The Sales Manager (Business Setup) is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base in the business setup domain. This professional will lead a dynamic team and coordinate closely with other departments to offer comprehensive solutions for clients looking to establish their businesses successfully. The Sales Manager will possess deep knowledge of the business setup landscape and leverage this expertise to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close deals effectively. This individual must be highly motivated, results-driven, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills to navigate the complexities of the sales environment and steer the team towards achieving its goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet organizational objectives.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and growth.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for clients.
  • Monitor industry trends to anticipate changes and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to motivate and guide the sales team.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients to secure business deals.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations at all times.
  • Continuously assess team performance and implement improvement strategies where necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management or business setup roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of business setup processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
