Sales Manager - Business Banking

• Achieve monthly sales targets of the TEAM.
• Identify and develop opportunities to maximize penetration in key SME Markets.
• Ensure staff achieves all KPI and KPA standards that include phone calls and face-to-face visits besides monthly financial targets.
• Control daily activity i.e., Calls, Appointments, Meetings, Closures, References, Cross Sells of all the team members to achieve targeted sales numbers for the team.
• Coach staff by joint visits, train on product, KYC & AML Policy, upskill staff on sales objections and presentations.
• Adhere to Bank's KYC & AML policy.
• Ensure that team understand the KYC guidelines while onboarding the business banking customers.
• Present and sell all business banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical structured & professional manner.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers to enhance the cross-sell opportunities.
• Acting as an external personal contact between the bank and its existing and potential markets.
• Conducting micro marketing activities that include participation in various SME events and other direct marketing activities.
• Record keeping of all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.
• Ensure Team participation in all activities like morning huddles, training and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud trainings, Lean & rewards celebrations.
