Overview of the Role
FAMCO is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales function in commercial vehicle brands. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing market share, maximizing profitability, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, expanding market coverage, and ensuring the achievement of ambitious sales targets within the commercial vehicles segment.
What You Will Do
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing profitability across multiple commercial vehicle brands.
• Drive market share growth through effective sales strategies and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Consultants to achieve business objectives.
• Allocate and manage sales territories to ensure optimal market coverage and penetration.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer demands, and economic indicators to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain healthy sales pipelines and oversee all sales operations to ensure efficiency and performance.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top sales talent within the team.
• Enhance product and technical knowledge across the sales force through structured training programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, key accounts, and industry stakeholders.
• Ensure collection targets are achieved and overdue accounts remain within agreed business parameters.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to management.

About the Team
You will be part of FAMCO’s Commercial Vehicles division, working alongside a highly experienced team dedicated to delivering industry-leading transport and trucking solutions. The team represents globally recognized commercial vehicle brands and is committed to driving customer success through service excellence, innovation, and long-term partnerships.
What Equips You for the Role
• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial vehicle sales within a dealership environment.
• Proven experience in selling Light, Medium, and Heavy-Duty Trucks in the UAE market.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
• Strong understanding of fleet sales, key account management, and commercial vehicle operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
