Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast sales, and plan accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitors.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other key departments to align sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to potential clients.
  • Drive sales activities to meet revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, to network and stay informed of market developments.
  • Oversee the recruitment, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and value propositions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting on sales metrics and other performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a relevant sales role.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise in sales processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales statistics and translate results into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines effectively.
