Job Description

The Sales Manager position is a crucial leadership role within the sales division of a company.   • Develop pricing strategies and sales policies in alignment with company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales, with proven results.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze complex data to develop strategic insights and actions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
