Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our thriving team. As a pivotal leader in our organization, the Sales Manager will be responsible for managing our sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and market trends effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and stakeholders.
