Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and leading a successful sales team. Your primary focus will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and ensure the successful execution of sales plans. Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base for increased revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to management.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in sales processes and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with product development teams to align sales and product strategies.
  • Train, recruit, and onboard new sales team members to ensure consistent performance.
  • Develop pricing strategies and sales pitches to attract potential clients effectively.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for sales management tasks.
