The Sales Manager is a pivotal role within our team, tasked with driving the growth and success of our sales department. This position requires a strategic leader with a solid understanding of the sales process and a proven track record of boosting revenue through effective sales strategies. Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and corporate guidelines in sales activities.
  • Organize and attend sales meetings, trade shows, and conferences to enhance visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills necessary.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software applications expected.
