Job Description

The Sales Manager position is an integral part of driving growth and achieving corporate goals within the organization.   • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers and business clients.
  • Collaborate with the product development teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements relative to sales activities.
  • Report to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and emerging market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of proven experience in a sales management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team.
  • Excellent analytical and organization skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Comfortable using CRM software to analyze sales data and trends.
