Job Description

The Sales Manager is a pivotal position within our organization, driving both tactical sales strategies and comprehensive business growth. In this role, you will oversee the sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for creating sustainable business relationships with clients while ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance and morale.
  • Oversee and guide sales representatives as they implement effective outreach strategies.
  • Set and evaluate sales performance targets for team members on a regular basis.
  • Conduct market research to pinpoint new sales opportunities and customer needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  • Maintain robust relationships with existing clients, nurturing loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Design and implement promotional strategies to reach broader market segments.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends relevant to our business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine promotional strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of five years’ experience.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills with a motivational approach.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales metrics and generate relevant reports.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for dealing with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools required for efficient operation.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced changes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
