Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Your duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, understanding customer trends, and managing the sales team. Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed set goals.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and partnerships.
  • Oversee and manage sales operations to streamline processes and boost team productivity.
  • Monitor and report sales metrics, ensuring insights inform strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments for cohesive strategies.
  • Hold regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Identify and address staff training needs through tailored coaching sessions.
  • Negotiate and close high-level deals and contracts with key clients.
  • Stay updated with industry news and competitor developments to maintain an edge.
  • Ensure alignment of sales strategies with the company’s overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least five years of proven experience in a sales management role.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and business acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performance sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make informed decisions.
