The primary mission of the SIMULIA Sales expert is to achieve revenue target and growth objectives of his :
On direct accounts (list of accounts, list of Brand offers)
On indirect accounts (with resellers)
On prospects
He performs end-to-end customer engagements from OPEN lead to CLOSE, compliant with the DS Sales process referential and deliver revenue plan.
Sell 3DS value and strategic vision by promoting Brand Promise and Industry Fundamentals to get customer commitment on a long-term business transformation for which he will be accountable to engage on value (Through DS Framework).
Leverage 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and align 3DS Ecosystem activities & deliverables.
Sell assigned offers (Brands) within a defined territory, either directly or with a reseller.
Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the DS Referential while leveraging DS Platform as a communication channel both internally and externally.
Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (Finance, Legal), government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards for direct accounts
Define a successful sales strategy to hit revenue target and sustain growth objectives leveraging sales initiatives defined by Brands among others
Generate growth, in assigned territory according to sourcing built on Industry Market Analysis and by performing new business development
Entertain partners’ ecosystem, building joint sales strategy & business development, participating the organization of webinars and events
Enable partners on SIMULIA offers
Transform Marketing and Sales leads into Opportunities
Orchestrate or participate to Request For Proposal (RFP)
Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS
Promote the 3DS vision and Brand Promise
Contribute to best practices based on Lessons Learned (including Root Cause Analysis, Analytics, Loss reviews)
Use and fulfill DS CRM according the corporate guidance, making sure that data are up to date.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering and simulation software sales
