We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executives specializing in Any line of Insurance to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the UAE market, bringing in a portfolio of existing clients and driving business growth through revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Leverage your existing portfolio of Insurance clients to achieve revenue targets.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the UAE market, focusing on Insurance solutions.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction while exploring opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
• Revenue Generation: Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals through proactive client management and sales strategies.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in Insurance within the UAE.
• Portfolio: Must bring a portfolio of active clients in the UAE market.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE insurance regulations and products.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and client management abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and sales management software.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu) are a plus.
