Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities with hotels, resorts, hotel groups, procurement companies and hospitality consultants.
• Promote hotel accessories made from leather, PU, vegan leather, resin, metal and wood, highlighting customization and manufacturing capabilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with purchasing managers, housekeeping teams, hotel management and project consultants.
• Arrange client meetings, product presentations, sample submissions and factory visits.
• Understand client requirements and collect accurate specifications, quantities, dimensions, materials, colours and delivery deadlines.
• Prepare quotations and tender submissions in coordination with management, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples and approvals to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
• Negotiate prices and payment terms within approved company guidelines.
• Coordinate with design and production teams on customized products, mock-ups and approved samples.
• Verify purchase orders against quotations and confirm specifications, payment terms and delivery schedules before processing.
• Monitor order progress and coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet agreed delivery commitments.
• Follow up on advance payments and outstanding invoices in coordination with accounts.
• Handle client feedback and complaints promptly, coordinating solutions with the relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records covering client contacts, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and sales opportunities.
• Submit weekly activity reports and monthly sales forecasts, highlighting confirmed orders, pending opportunities and collection status.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, hotel openings and renovation projects.
• Achieve agreed sales, gross margin, new client acquisition and payment collection targets.
• Maintain after-sales relationships to encourage repeat orders and long-term supply agreements.
