Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives with experience in insurance, credit card, or loan sales to drive new business acquisition and generate revenue through insurance product sales. The ideal candidates should have excellent English communication skills, a professional appearance, and a strong motivation to achieve sales targets and earn commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, direct sales, networking, and client referrals.
  
• Promote and sell insurance products, including Motor, Fire, Package, and Engineering insurance.
  
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage, with training provided.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
  
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets and premium collection goals.
  
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
  
• Previous sales experience in insurance, credit cards, or personal loans is mandatory.
  
• Excellent verbal English communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Strong persuasion, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
  
• Professional grooming and confidence in meeting corporate clients.
  
• Highly motivated, resilient, and commission-driven, with a strong focus on achieving targets.

Fixed salary of AED 4,000 per month, plus an attractive performance-based commission package.
