Outspoken Video is hiring: Sales Executive

Outspoken Video is a Dubai-based personal brand video agency helping busy founders, executives and professionals build their visibility through consistent, high-quality video content.

We’re looking for confident, polished sales professionals who can turn qualified interest into long-term clients.

• Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities across phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and social media.
• Speak with founders, executives and professionals to understand their personal brand and content needs.
• Clearly present Outspoken Video’s packages and explain how our service can support their visibility and personal brand.
• Handle objections, follow up consistently and close new monthly clients.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and keep opportunities moving.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients and represent the Outspoken brand professionally.

• Strong sales experience, ideally in B2B services, marketing, media, creative services, luxury or other high-value offers.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident communicating with founders, executives and senior professionals.
• Strong closing, follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and comfortable working toward clear monthly sales targets.
• Currently based in Dubai.

• Full-time role
• Hybrid: remote work with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office
• Regular in-person team meetings, training and sales sessions in Dubai
• UAE visa sponsorship available
• AED base salary + commission
