Services include one-to-one and online coaching supported by tested training techniques.

Role description

This is a full-time, onsite Sales Executive role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The role supports revenue growth by selling coaching services, memberships, and coaching packages.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads.
• Conduct in-person and virtual consultations.
• Present coaching services to prospective clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
• Close new memberships and coaching packages.
• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with coaches to understand service offerings.
• Contribute to promotional campaigns and provide feedback on market trends and client needs.
• Deliver high-quality customer interactions and support revenue growth through outreach and relationship building.
  
  

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals.
• Customer relationship management experience and the ability to build long-term client partnerships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Basic marketing and social media skills.
• Interest in or knowledge of fitness, coaching, or wellness services.
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai, manage time, and meet sales targets.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in common digital tools and CRM platforms.
• Fluency in English.
  
  

• Experience in the fitness or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Additional language proficiency is a plus.
