As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving revenue and ensuring the smooth coordination of reservations, events, and group bookings. This position combines your expertise in sales with exceptional organizational skills to deliver seamless guest experiences while maximizing business opportunities. You’ll be a key contributor to our success in Dubai, one of the world’s most vibrant and competitive hospitality markets.

💼 What You’ll Do

• ✨ Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
• 🌟 Manage and process all telephone and written reservations promptly and accurately.
• 🍽️ Coordinate and oversee group bookings, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events), and guest preferences to ensure an outstanding experience.
• 📊 Maintain and analyze statistical reports for booking trends, market performance, and account production.
• 🚀 Upsell accommodations and services to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• 🤝 Collaborate with various departments to ensure pre-blocking of rooms, special requirements, and group arrangements are handled efficiently.
• 🧹 Maintain systematic and organized files for reservation records and correspondence.
• 💬 Address guest requests, ensuring a high standard of service and communication.
  
  

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• ✅ Proven experience in sales, reservations, or event coordination, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• 🌟 Strong organizational and analytical skills, with an eye for detail.
• 🚀 A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to guest and business needs.
• 💬 Excellent communication skills; English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
• 📚 Familiarity with hotel booking systems and operational procedures is highly desirable.
