Position: Invoice Financing Sales Executive

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: AED 3,200 – AED 5,000 per month + Attractive Incentives & Performance Bonuses




About the Role


Tratou Commercial Broker Co. L.L.C. is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to promote our Invoice Financing solutions to SMEs, suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and trading companies across the UAE.


The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for business development. Banking and financial services experience will be an added advantage.




Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and acquire new clients requiring Invoice Financing and Working Capital solutions.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, field visits, and direct sales activities.
  • Meet business owners, finance managers, procurement managers, and decision-makers.
  • Explain invoice financing products and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Collect required client documents and coordinate with internal teams for processing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Attend meetings, presentations, and client visits across the UAE.


Eligibility Criteria


  • Education
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Graduate) in any discipline.
  • Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry.
  • Banking, financial services, trade finance, business loans, merchant finance, insurance, or fintech sales experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong sales skills may also be considered.


Skills Required


  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client acquisition and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • English proficiency required; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or other languages will be an advantage.
