Sales Executive

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with merchants, and promoting POS machines and merchant acquiring services to businesses across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to meet sales targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential merchants and businesses to generate new sales opportunities

• Promote and sell POS machines and payment solutions to retail stores, restaurants, and service businesses

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long term business partnerships

• Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of card payment solutions to merchants

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new merchants

• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities

• Stay updated with market trends and payment industry developments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in POS machines, merchant acquiring, banking, or fintech

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self motivated with a target driven mindset

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships

• Knowledge of the UAE market is an advantage

• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
