Sales Executive – Real Estate Consultancy

We are a Dubai-based real estate consultancy firm providing professional services such as technical inspections, reserve fund studies, building audits, and property advisory services. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help expand our client base and secure new consultancy projects.

The role primarily involves contacting potential clients, introducing our services, and building relationships with property owners, developers, and property management companies in Dubai. The Sales Executive will generate leads, arrange meetings, present the company’s services, and follow up with clients to convert opportunities into projects.

Requirements:
Experience in sales or business development is preferred. Strong communication and networking skills are essential. Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage. Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).

Competitive salary with commission based on performance.
