About the Role

Excellence Center is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This role focuses on assisting clients who are seeking domestic worker and nanny services, guiding them through available options, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to closing.

This position is suitable for someone who is confident in communication, understands client needs, and can convert inquiries into confirmed contracts.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in clients
• Explain service packages clearly and professionally
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate client information and documentation

Requirements
• Previous sales experience (service industry preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups
• Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
