Job Description

Udrive, the Middle East’s first RTA-licensed car-sharing company, is looking for a driven Sales Executive with automotive or car rental experience to join our growing team. This is a field-based, target-driven role for professionals who thrive on closing deals and building strong corporate relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Actively hunt for new corporate clients through field sales, site visits, and meetings
  • Pitch tailored mobility and fleet solutions to businesses
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing
  • Build long-term relationships across construction, real estate, hospitality & corporate sectors
  • Track market trends and competitor activity
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery post-sale

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (automotive / car rental experience is mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE automotive or mobility market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident, presentable, and client-facing professional
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and self-driven
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
