Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify and secure new business opportunities, as well as manage existing client relationships to drive sales growth for our range of IT hardware, software solutions, and advanced currency counting machines. This role requires a consultative approach to understand client needs and deliver technology and security solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.
Business Development: Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and client referrals.
Product Expertise & Demo: Develop a deep understanding of our IT product line (laptops, servers, networking gear) and currency counting/banknote handling equipment to conduct compelling, technical demonstrations.
Customer Needs Analysis: Meet with clients (both in-person and virtually) to analyze their operational requirements and suggest tailored solutions.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals and providing post-sales support.
Proposal Generation: Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and tender documents, including cost-benefit analysis for the client.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and specifications to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with corporate and retail clients to secure repeat business.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technology in both IT and cash handling sectors.
CRM Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the IT hardware/software or office automation/banking equipment sector.
Education: Person should have passion towards sales education not matters.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical specifications of IT products and security/counting machinery.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus in the UAE market).
Negotiation Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close high-value deals.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
Mobility: Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client site visits.

Monthly/Quarterly Sales Revenue Target.
