Sales Executive

We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through the sale of software products and IT services. This role is ideal for a proactive, target-driven sales professional with strong experience in B2B software and services sales within the UAE market.

You will be responsible for building pipelines, managing client relationships, closing deals, and collaborating closely with technical and delivery teams to offer tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for software products and IT services
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and meetings
• Conduct client presentations, product demos, and solution discussions
• Understand client business needs and propose appropriate technology solutions
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive in IT or software
• Experience selling software products, SaaS, or IT services
• Strong understanding of the UAE B2B market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
• Based in Dubai (mandatory)
