Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Identify and target potential clients through various sales channels and approaches.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with both new and existing clients to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer journey experience.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote company’s products and services.
  • Pinpoint and explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities with current clients.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline and reports for management review and analysis.
  • Provide prompt and constructive feedback to the management regarding market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with flexibility.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients or attend events.
