Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in retail and wholesale markets.
Understand and promote the features, and uniqueness of products such as jewelry, honey, chocolates, and vape products.
Manage and maintain product displays to attract customer interest.
Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Handle point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in minimart and/or vape industries.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Familiarity with market trends related to jewelry, honey, chocolates, and vape products.
Proficient in using POS and cash | card handling machines.
Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
A positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
