Job Description

As a Sales Executive in the Used Cars division, you will be at the forefront of the automotive sector, influencing purchasing decisions and driving sales growth. This role demands keen entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for automobiles. You will leverage your interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing them with the best possible options. You will also collaborate closely with a dynamic team to ensure exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Success in this role requires a strategic approach to sales, strong negotiation skills, and an in-depth understanding of the used car market.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive sales.
  • Understand customers' needs and suggest vehicles that meet their specifications and budget.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a professional and inviting showroom environment to enhance the customer experience.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to organize promotional events and displays.
  • Negotiate with customers to close deals that are beneficial for both parties.
  • Process sales documentation accurately to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the automotive sector to provide informed recommendations.
  • Report sales metrics and customer feedback to senior management regularly.
  • Contribute to team meetings, providing insights and strategies for sales improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in automotive sales or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly the used car market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications like MS Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential.
