Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team in the used cars division. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with customers, and contributing to the overall success of our dealership. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing insights and guidance to customers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to promote cars.
  • Identify customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable used cars effectively.
  • Utilize sales techniques to negotiate and close deals successfully with clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as set by management and leadership.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends in the car market.
  • Prepare documentation for car sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to facilitate customer financing and purchase.
  • Provide customers with detailed information on car features and benefits.
  • Manage and update the customer database with accurate and timely information.
  • Address customer complaints and queries to ensure full satisfaction and retention.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Participate in promotional events and campaigns to generate leads and sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, particularly in used cars, preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and common computer applications.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to undertake test drives with customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in sales is a plus.
