Job Description

As a Sales Executive for Used Cars, you will play a critical role in the success of our dealership. You will be responsible for generating leads, assisting new customers throughout their car-buying journey, and meeting monthly sales targets. Success in this role requires a passion for the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and an unmatched level of customer service. You should be able to develop lasting relationships with customers and understand their needs to accurately suggest the right vehicle solutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management regularly.
  • Present, promote, and sell used cars to both walk-in and online customers.
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through direct and indirect customer interaction.
  • Provide detailed explanations of features and benefits related to each vehicle.
  • Participate in vehicle marketing and promotional initiatives online and in-person.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive industry, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate terms and prepare sales contracts to finalize transactions successfully.
  • Assist in trade-in vehicle valuations and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver excellent after-sales support, addressing any customer concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with dealership staff to ensure smooth handover of vehicles to customers.
  • Provide regular reports on sales progress and pipeline opportunities to management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach to closing deals.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software and digital sales tools for managing leads.
