Sales Executive Trainee Motorcycle IMC

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive Trainee – Motorcycle (IMC), you will be part of our passionate sales team. As part of our Specialized Sports Equipment team, you'll work in an ONSITE environment where you will assist in the promotion and sale of motorcycles, and motorcycle rental services. This hands-on role provides the opportunity to gain practical showroom and sales experience in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the sales process of brand new and used motorcycles (IMC).
• Support the customer relationship management process to build and maintain strong customer connections.
• Assist in executing marketing and promotions activities to drive customer engagement.
• Provide administrative support for sales operations and documentation.
• Support the organization and coordination of test rides and showroom activities.
  
  

• Demonstrated interest in sales, with a preference for the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Up to one year of experience or fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of motorcycles and openness to learning about evolving market trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish rapport with customers and thrive in a team setting.
• Self-motivated, with a commitment to developing sales and customer service capabilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn CRM systems and related tools.
  
  

• Additional qualifications or certifications in sales or marketing.
• Previous experience or familiarization with motorbikes, or rental services.
• Prior use of CRM platforms or sales tools.
